In the Preface of the Beale's God Dwells ... they (Beale & Kim) write:
Why did we write this book? We pray that its biblical-theological perspective...The substance and basic theses of the book is distilled from G. K. Beale, The Temple and the Church's Mission....
So my suggestion is that FL offer this book simply because there are many, myself included, that can not afford the whole set just to get Beale's tremendous work.IMHO
