Bug: smart tags disappeared with new update again.

They were working last week, now they aren't. I guess I should have anticipated this. I have done the "Easier method" numerous times throughout the last few years renaming the latest file download to "system". But alas that doesn't work. Tried downloading something and running it in the powershell, but got a "Fail" on that so I am starting a bug thread.
Running Windows 10, Microsoft office 365, Logos Bible Software 6.9 SR-1
6.9.0.0044, platinum v5 (IH).
This really drives me nuts and costs me a lot of time on so many of logos updates.

We don't provide official support for the Smart Tag (it's an "unsupported power toy" -- https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/smart-tags).
Our most recent post about troubleshooting and fixing the installation is here: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/105737/779267.aspx#780081

Not really sure what that means "unsupported power toy" - the head of that thread refers to "Logos Smart Tags" and since they work - or worked with Logos - then I went to the Logos forum and followed the instructions found there that told me that if it fails then to start a bug thread in the Logos forum. So that is what I did. I will reply to the thread that you gave me to see if anyone there can help. I cannot find an Unsupported Power Toy Help thread. But the point still remains, updates always interfere with the power toy. Seems like this could be fixed, integrated or avoided.

You can get help through the forums and Faithlife do their best to provide assistance there; much as is done for unsupported versions of Logos (e.g. Logos 4, Logos 5). But you won't get help from their Customer Service personnel.
