Faithlife: Does Dynamic Pricing not apply?

A 3 volume set of John Butler's Analytical Bible Expositor Collection (Genesis, Matthew, Mark) is on sale at https://www.logos.com/product/4128/analytical-bible-expositor-collection. I already have Matthew, but the sale price tool tip does not show a dynamic price reduction for that volume in this set.

Is there a reason dynamic pricing not apply to this sale?
