1. Many of the Papal documents are available in Logos in English, Spanish and Latin. They share an index of "Papal documents" so they may be used in a linked set.

2. Notice that the reference box shows the Papal document reference (document and paragraph).

3. Notice that if I do a search on Open documents, the available Search fields are limited to the Search fields on these documents.

4. Switching to a patristics example, the reference box shows me that there are at least two indices - page and Cyril of Jerusalem.

5. Using the right click Context Menu, I can see occurrences of the Catechetical Lectures in my library. Note that the list includes the open resource.

6. Opening two additional translations, you can see that all three copies contain the same index can therefore the resources can be in a linked dataset. Note they would not have appeared in the Context Menu if this was not true.

7. Here you can see that the three resources I have open don't have identical indices and search fields - but they do all three have Cyril of Jerusalem as an index.

8. Here I have open three resources all utilizing the Revised Common Lectionary. However, here they not only do not share an index, the Lenten resource has no index. With no common index they will not work as a linked set.

9. The references boxes reflect this lack of a common index. The Lectionary has the RCL liturgical date and the calendar date.

10. The Lent resource lacks a reference box because it lacks an index.

11. The RCL Commentary reference box shows a Bible index and a page number index.
