Sometimes l like to color-code specific words, such as "faith". Is it possible to select all instances of the word faith so that I can mark them with my chosen color all at once, or do I have to go word by word and highlight one instance at a time?
As far as I know, one at a time. Furthermore, each time you do so, a note is created in a note document.
There is another way to visually markup text called a "visual filter." Are you familiar with those? They can be simple or quite complicated. see this wiki: https://wiki.logos.com/Visual_Filter
