Lists of Books in Library

Logos appears to work well with in depth searches but what about a broad searches of my liberty?
I wanted a list of my Bibles- can't do If I had a list it would allow me easily to link the ones I like best.
I wanted a list of my commentaries. can't do
Older versions of Logos would allow me to easily put my library is an order I prefer.
Shouldn't Logos list its library content in groups of some kind??

Hi Kirk - and welcome to the forums

There are a couple of ways of doing this.
If you click on the "type" column in your Library
the software will group your resources by type
Clicking on a grouping will open it and just show resources of that type
Alternatively, back on the first screen, you can use "filters" to limit what is displayed - again using the "type" field
For more background see the Logos 6 helpfile the Logos wiki
Does this help at all?

Logos 6 Documents has Bibliography, which allows citations to be added from "a collection" using Library filters: e.g. Bibles without Manuscripts, Targums, Dead Sea Scrolls
Commentary resources have two types: "Bible Commentary" and "Commentary" so filter of type:commentary includes both.

Personally added tag of BibleGrid to a subset of Bibles:
FYI: added year prefix to short and long titles of many Bibles so Text Comparison using a collection sorts in chronological order.
Collection "Bible Grid Favorites" has rule MyTag:BibleGrid that is useful for Bible Search with Grid Results:
