Droid Turbo and Logos Bible App on Play Store

I have used Logos Bible app on my Droid Turbo running lollipop 5.1. Now the Google Play Store states my device is no longer compatible with this app. Is this normal and widespread? I don't remember deleting the app from my phone, but I could have. I use my Kindle Fire most of the time.
