pre-pub is live - what then?

I have purchased a pre-pub, and now it is 'live' - but it is not in my library? How do I get it? My program settings is 'automatically download updates', but nothing happens.

The pre-pub I bought is ' IVP Dictionary of the Old Testament Bundle (2 Vols.)'

You'll get an email saying that your order has been processed. When you start logos after that, it should synchronize the licences. After that, check for an update and if all goes your new resources will download.

Hi,

I have the same problem for the OT Bundle and also for Theological Jnls Vol 12.

They are in my resource folder for Logos 3 but don't appear in the Logos 4 library.

What should I do?

Also how do I know if Logos 4 is set for downloads.

Hi Peter - I can help you with the logos 4 question. If you look under 'tools' you will find 'program settings' press that and you will find the update info.

With the other problems I can't help, because I also struggle with that - sorry

Try typing "update now" in the Command bar. Logos should recognize automatically that there's a new resource available, but sometimes it takes longer for some reason, and this will force it to check. If it finds something new, and you have it set to "automatically download updates" then it will pop up a message in the lower right corner saying an update is available and you'll need to click on that and restart Logos to get it.
