An error occurred during synchronizing

I just got Logos last week and downloaded it on my laptop and everything works fine, but its a little slow.  So I also downloaded the program onto my desktop, but I keep getting an error that says "an error occurred during synchronizing, try again".  The error won't go away and my library doesn't show up :(.

    Welcome to the forums, without logs its a stab in the dark but the first thing I would check is that Logos is allowed through your firewall and has the correct credentials.
