No reponse and Error on export file to PDF in WIN 10

I use the LOGO 5 on WIN 10. I cannot export the file to PDF. No reponse and have error. It is smoothly to sent the file to MS Word, and converse the file to PDF. Could you fix the problem about the export to PDF in WIN10?

Logos 5 is unsupported => https://www.logos.com/support/free-support

Logos 6 core engine is free => Logos 6 Core Engine

Recommend upgrading to Logos 6 then try PDF export.
