Reading plan start/stop not showing up ?

Hello - my reading plans are not working correctly.  I can open them and select the text but the green/red start/stop indicators in the text do not show up anymore. . they used to.  This is occurring in both the Mac version and iPad.  I have confirmed that on both platforms the visual filters are set to show reading plans.  

Any ideas?  Thanks.

    This has been a recurring problem through three versions of Logos. It comes and goes, and no one can seem to get a handle on it. I've even been told in the past that I was wrong about it (by a FL employee!). If you dig through these forums, you'll find threads about it that go all the way back to L4.

    AFAIK, there's nothing that can be done until FL gets serious about tracking it down, and it is hard to track something down that is intermittent like this problem is. Not to mention, when something is intermittent like this, it is often user error, which FL can't fix. But we users don't have the technical knowledge to know how (or if) we are causing it. Catch 22.
