I was just on Logos' resources page and i am floor that they didn't have Tozer's book, The Knowledge of the Holy. I would like to suggest that Logos try to get this resource. They have a lot of Tozer stuff, but not this book.
Good morning David,
Excellent suggestion, I too wouldn't mind the book. You can make a suggestion to Logos regarding new books etc. Not sure of the email address. It may be suggest@logos.com.
David,
This is a good suggestion. In the future you should post suggestions to the Suggestion forum where Logos personnel will be able to see them as a suggestion rather than a question.
It's a mystery to me why one of his most important books isn't in the Tozer bundle
Maybe a licensing issue? That would be my guess as I'd imagine Logos knows how popular that volume is.
thank you...sorry about that, i'm new to this forum...
No problem, I moved it. Though now I see that you started a new thread already.
Different publisher.
Let me resurrect an old thread and ask Logos if there has been any movement on this? Boggles my mind that a 60 page book with so much attached to it is still not in Logos.
I too would purchase it. Tozer wrote with depth and his clarity in communication is rarely matched.
I look forward to the day when a deal can be reached with the publisher to see Knowledge of the Holy in Logos.
Since HarperOne published this book and the CS Lewis collection, hopefully more progress will be on the way.
In many countries, Tozer is out of copyright and a personal book could be ethically made from any of the many PDFs available online. Since he died in 1963, we Americans have 18 years to go (unless Mickey gets it moved again).
Just curious if this will ever make it back into Logos or FLEB... they have the audio book but not the actual book
