In the Passage Guide and under the Topics section the New Nave's Topical Bible is the only resource that is available.

Mine shows Nelson's Topical Bible Index first and then Nave's. I do not have a Topical bible prioritized, so I do not know why it selects them in that order. I also do not know why it is limited to those two resources.
Right. I do not know either why this/these are prioritized that way. I'd like to have either the ISBE or YABD prioritized though.
I don't believe ISBE and AYBD are considered Topical Resources.

I think it works the other way. Passage Guide finds the "topical bibles" (type:Concordance) that have the passage, or part thereof, as a reference. The "topic" is the TOC article and if that can be linked to an LCV topic you will get references to a Topic Guide.

You are likely right - I was making a guess based on the mix of resources I appeared to have in the results.

I get results similar to your when I run a Topic Guide. The Topics section of the Passage Guide is not as extensive.
Okay, I'm compulsively accurate. I ran a Passage Guide on Gen-Rev and even picked up a PB sermon [:O]
That was a Passage Guide for 1 Corinthians 4:-7. Most of the topics it found had one link. I picked a couple of the larger results so MM would know some of the other resources he might see.
