Logos 5 with Logos 6 engine will not 'sign in' online. Can work offline but now cannot update.

Puzzling so humanly would like to look at diagnostic log files => https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/report-problem
Note: after Logos 6 has opened and upgraded application database files, then Logos 5 is no longer usable.
