I need help with the font

I just upgraded my xp laptop to windows 7 64-bit. To upgrade, I needed to do a custom install, which involved wiping out all of my old information on the hard drive. I followed the instructions in the Wiki to bring back Logos quickly and painlessly.

However, I have fuzzy font display, like it was before 4.0a. Anyone have an idea how I can fix this?

Mike, I would suppose in your former installation as well as in this one you are using the default font. If this is so, the problem is probably your display settings in Windows 7. You may need to adjust some settings using the Clear Type Tuner in Windows 7.

Hi Mark,

I was using the default font before, and I tried the Cleartype settings. However, then I read on another thread that Logos does not use ClearType. I ended up trying other fonts, and found one that works better.

The other threads mentioned Athelos as the default font for Logos. I cannot find that font on my system. Is it possible to download that font? Could that be the problem?

It's built into Logos and isn't installed in the fonts directory (and can't be used outside of Logos unless you buy a copy).
