The Parallel Aligned Hebrew-Aramaic and Greek Texts of Jewish Scripture interlinear (LXXMTPAR.LOGOS4) does not display any Hebrew characters and only some of the Greek characters. The Wiki (http://wiki.logos.com/Fonts_in_my_interlinear_are_not_displaying_properly!_(Windows_XP_only)) mentions a font problem with interlinears for XP users like myself, and says to modify Language settings in Control Panel (which I've done) and to copy some files from the DVD. I installed via Internet. What does an individual do in this situation?
The wiki is referring to your Windows XP DVD, not to your Logos DVD. If XP came pre-installed on your PC it may not even need the DVD. But you do need both those boxes ticked.
If you've done this, and it still doesn't work, can you check your Logos font is set to the default (in Program Settings on the Tools menu).
