I just skimmed through the preview of this book and found a lot errors. I think OCR errors. You don't have to know Dutch to see the errors, although there are also others you only see when you can read Dutch. Not sure these errors are also in the recourse itself.  Anyone else, seeing this?

I can confirm that there are a lot of typos in this book.

Even though I have this book in my library I've never actually read any of the articles. I should report these typos.
