Notes Font

Hi, I'm having problems with my note fonts. Either my notes are too large or too small. My default size is 12. 

I tried in Default Setting to make it smaller but it didn't work. I also went to the panel next to "Add Note" but reducing the size of the font even one level made too small. 

Can someone help me to set my default size to 11?
