I'd like to suggest Re-Reading Job: Understanding the Ancient World's Greatest Poem. It's fantastic. Theological trigger warning for the sensitive: Mormon author, Mormon publisher, but minimal Mormonism. I think just about everyone could benefit from reading it. The author is a literary scholar and college administrator.
