Message (MSG) margins too wide leaving less text in window

I tend to work in narrow columns, even on a 21 inch monitor. Whereas other Bibles (ESV, NLT, etc.) will end up (when columns set to none) about 1/4 of an inch from the edge of the window, the MSG is about 7/8 of an inch from both right and left.

Any way to fix that?
