Each time I open Logos 6 it crashes while syncing my library. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I am running OS 10.11.63, and have tried uninstall/reinstall after that update and this week after the Logos 6 update to no avail.

Sorry you are having problems, but reinstalling the engine seldom fixes problems.
First: Have you tried starting to a blank layout? Immediately after launching Logos depress and hold the Command key until you see the login dialog. You will then log into a blank layout. If that works, you have a corrupted layout.
