If you are on a Mac have you installed SR-2? It should resolve the problem unless you are on beta.
Hey MJ,
I'm on PC and not MAC, and yes, I do have the latest release of regular-nonbeta L6.
Mike
I can't view these files - can't access .rar files.
Are you able to zip them and upload again?
Graham
Open Source 7-Zip => http://www.7-zip.org/ can unpack .rar plus lots more. Also, 7-Zip compression is a bit better.
After installing 7-Zip, can use right click on file to extract:

Suggest upgrading Logos 6 to 6.10 SR-2 6.10.0.0041 that includes an indexer bug fix.
Logos.log file has "Starting application (6.9 , version 6.9.0.0029 x64 on Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1, .NET 4.0.30319.42000)" that has been superceded by 6.10 SR-2, 6.10 RC 2, and 6.9 SR-1.
Noticed LogosError.log file has "SQLite Error 539: recovered 2 pages from C:\Users\MicMac\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\szvtncea.zuh\LibraryIndex\LibraryIndex.db-journal"
Thank you for the reply, I'll update after the update
btw, the program would not update to the latest release. How do I do it manually?
See link in my signature line.
btw - what update channel are you currently on?
Ok, I've just updated the software to 6.10 SR2

Indexing never go beyond 3% I believe.
Any experts?
Has indexing progress continued / completed ?
LogosIndexer.log has 13 seconds of library indexing progress with 162 out of 23,384 resources completed. Anticipating hour(s) for library indexing to complete. Indexing current phase progress of 0.4 % at 20:34 on 16 Mar. Also noted collection cache being populated at the same time so have storage contention.
The LogosIndexerError.log file has a SQLite Error with recovery at 19:41 on 16 Mar.
Time: 2016-03-16 19:41:37 -07:00 (2016-03-17T02:41:37Z)SQLite Error 539: recovered 2 pages from C:\Users\MicMac\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\szvtncea.zuh\LibraryIndex\LibraryIndex.db-journal
the indexing never pass 15% .. and that's after 2-3 hours of waiting...
I'm still stuck in the perpetual indexing in this other computer..
How long should I wait?
Edit: I just subscribed to Logos Mobile Ed, so I I hope it will do something good to the indexing.
Personally watch Logos.log progress when indexing (along with avoiding other uses of computer plus use external cooling and setting energy settings to keep computer from sleeping).
While individual resources are being indexed, four CPU threads are quite busy. After individual resources are done, takes time to combine the individual indexes into one library index (about half the time for indexing individual resources).
