I used the new ref.ly-link to point to a Reading List (see the quoted section in John's post here ) which I obtained by just selecting the URL-link (red) in the RL menu
the bad link is:
https://ref.ly/logos4/ReadingLists;list=Courseware_Reading_Lists!NB.Mick!https:$2F$2Ftopics.logos.com$2FCourseware$5FReading$5FLists!0
and leads to an application error (at least for me in my Chrome browser; it's broken for John, too):
