I ordered this resource in pre-publication. It was advertised as
Studies on Christian Art History (5 vols.)
Today It downloaded, and there are only 4 Volumes. The volume that seems to be missing is "The History of our Lord as Exemplified in Works of Art, Volume 1, published 1864."
Volume 2 is there, which was published in 1872.
Both of these resources are 300-400 pages long, but Volume 1 is missing.
