Pink

I've just picked up the reform portfolio base :-) and really love it. I've noticed that within the pack I have got the complete works of Pink. I would love to learn more from Pink but with 40 or so books I don't really know where to start. I was wondering if anyone here has explored Pink and if so what a good place to start would be. Thanks :-)

His book on the attributes of God is excellent. His commentary on the Gospel of John and Hebrews is good too. I have all of his books in paper and digital. I began reading him when I was about 15 years old. I am now 60 going on 61. He is a good writer.

When you mentioned "the attributes of God" I seem to recall that Boice refers out to this quite a few times in his book on Christian Belief :-) I will definitely add these to my reading list. I found Eternal Security and Eternal Punishment helpful. Most of his tracts are small and easily read, so I would say pick a topic and jump right in.

perfect time...... i just got 'the life of author pink' in the mail today. i have not read a lot really but love what i have. his book on genesis, near the back, he shows how joesph and Christ parallel in over 100 ways. also, his book the believers paradox is very help if you, like me, struggle with assurance.

Pink's Eternal Security is way better and more in line with the Truth than Stanley's Eternal Security.

Thanks very much for getting back to me on this. You are right :-) I tried to make a Pink collection but for some reason the rule I used didn't pick this book up. Now I've done a search on the exact title it has appeared :-) I will put this on my reading list for sure.
