I can't seem to find any table of contents in all of the 55 volumes of Luther's Works (!)
Not one single one for any book
Is it possible that they published these with out any TOC at all?
Does anyone know if such animal exists?
I have a table of contents in my Luther's Works... have you clicked the double arrows which are in the upper left corner of the resource window once you open up one of the volumes. A table of contents then opens on the left side of the resource window, which has the contents along the side and is linked so you can quickly move between sections... see below...
There is only one thing that I might add to Robert's fine answer. If you do not see the double arrows you need to go to the picture of the book in the top left of that tab. In that box you will see a down arrow. click it and a big drop window will open up. Move to select "Show locator bar."

Brilliant, thanks guys!

Thank you Rosie...I am not a keyboard jockey so I hardly ever really remember those tricks.
Does anyone know if there is any way to copy and paste the table of contents? I'm not able to select the text in them...
Go to the top of the resource (the TOC area) and select it then copy and paste. i don't have Luther's work, but this works in other resources.
I'm guessing that kind of TOC isn't included in the Luther resources, which is why this thread was created in the first place.
Exactly. The actual printed edition does not have any table of contents for any volume. So the only one that exists is the TOC made by Logos.
The Logos table of contents is not selectable in Logos 4. I tried to do it in Logos 3, but there I also cannot select it either. It's just functions as a series of hyperlinks. I can select each title, but since there are 1000's (one off the 55 volumes has 119 titles!) this would be quite tedious.
You could use some screen capture software with OCR capabilities to select and copy/paste the text from the TOC. For example, ABBYY Screenshot Reader does a pretty good job converting Logos TOCs (both L3 and L4) into readable text. It's not free, but it's only $10 -- well worth it to have a useful tool like this.
Incidentally, ABBYY Screenshot Reader also can handle the task of copying non-selectable stuff in Logos such as Passage Guides and Search results. One screenful at a time, so it's a bit tedious, but at least it's doable in the meantime until they implement that feature which everyone has been clamoring for and which they protest is so difficult to do! Rosie you rock!
I downloaded Abbyy and it worked like a charm[B].
