How to restore to factory?
Is there a way to return the application to it's FRESH INSTALL state? For example, say I wanted to 'start over' with the app... no notes, no layouts, no nothing.
Is there an easy way to do that?

I suppose the fastest way to delete all the documents would be to go to https://documents.logos.com/?offset=0&sortType=Date&sortOrder=Descending&deleted=False&privacy=All&documentKind=All and then click "Select All" and then "Delete." After you sync Logos, they'll be gone.
Layouts, I think, would have to be deleted one by one.

You would - potentially - also need to delete Favorites and Highlighting styles you have created
Also custom Guides etc
Any particular reason you are asking about this?

The reason is simple... I've not done a lot with Logos since I've had it... unfortunately. I've just gone through a very long illness this past year that cost me the better part of my vision.
I'm just getting back to where I can study and try to get things going in my life again. With that said, I just purchased a 3rd party training for Logos that I'd like to use. So I thought (along with everything else in my life) that I'd like a completely clean slate to start over with.

So sorry to hear about your illness and lack of vision.
It might be worth contacting customer services and see if there is some way they could provide you with a "clean account"

Thanks, Graham... It's all good though. I'm very blessed and I look forward to seeing what the Lord has for the future. It's just eyes... they'll be whole again one day

Tom, I will pray for your adjustment to your vision limitations. I lost most of my vision in 2013. I am thankful for Logos read aloud feature.

prayed for you. After 15 Years Fulltime Ministry I get Depression and lost my Vison since 2007 still haven't found back.
To start new
1. Delete all Documents in your Account
2. Delete all mytags
3. Deinstall Logos
4. Reinstall

I don't think he asked about that... but that is simple. Just delete all the entries in the hidden resource list and restart Logos! Everything should redownload and index.
