Stuck on "Preparing Library" Since I Canceled Logos Cloud

Since my trial subscription to Logos Cloud ended, Logos has been stuck on "Preparing library . . . " This has been going on for probably at least a week now. I am currently running 6.11.0.0005. I manually installed this upgrade earlier this week. I was on the Beta channel but it did not automatically update. Prior to this I was on the 6.11 Beta 1 version. Also, as a result of this new purchases are not automatically downloading. Example, I had preorder the "preaching the word" upgrade that went out yesterday, but it is still not in my library. I have tried the "update now" fiction but that does not do anything.
This appears to be the same problem described here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/124105.aspx. I have tried that same things as this poster.
Thanks!
Steve

I'm sorry to hear of the issue, could you post your logs from this behavior? If you are not already familiar with the process here is the logging for Mac page.

Steve will probably be back later this morning—it's 4am out west. The errors in the LogosError.log are beyond my ability to decipher, but do you have a stable internet connection? Everything I see in the Error log seems to be internet connected—license and synch.

Yes I have a stable Internet connection.

I am stuck on Beta 2. It will not update automatically to Beta 3. This is the same thing that happened with the Beta 1 to Beta 2 update. I had to install it manually. Logos is still "Preparing library . . . "

There is a lot of resource discovery happening i.e. "Starting discovery for 3607 update jobs." Faithlife should be able to recommend deletion of appropriate databases...

The log doesn't show the indexer running, and it also indicates that the software opens and is ready to be used. Since you referenced the other thread, and their issues seemed to be an indexing icon showing preparing library, and they are able to use the software, i'm going to guess you have the same symptom.
Could you please quit out of Logos and the indexer using Activity Monitor if needed, turn on logging, reboot your computer, and then replicate the issue?

I had the same issue. Try turning of you internet button on your laptop. Restart your computer And sign in offline.

I've done all these things, but am still having this problem myself. Any other suggestions?

Actually, manually downloading 6.12 beta 3 seems to have fixed the problem.
