What are the new groupings and icons in the Factbook dropdown. Where do I find a list of the icons and their meanings and the new (gray) categories?

    I don't know of a list, but if you hover over any item, it will show you in the popup, grayed and to the right of the item's name what category of item it is. For instance, "Rock of Witness" shows as "Thing". Other items will show as "Place" or "Event" etc.

    Or am I misunderstanding what you asked for?
