I keep getting this error on my Samsun Galaxy S7 Edge. I've tried clearing cache, clearing cache and deleting all data in side the Android App Manager. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing fixes this issue. I can't open any books.
Is this still occurring? I've been unable to reproduce the issue.

We still haven't received your email. Are you sure you're not behind a firewall and/or otherwise haven't been reconfiguring your network in some way? Nobody else is reporting this issue.
I don't understand why you are not getting emails I'm not on q different network than usual.
I did seem to get it fixed. Here's how. Deleted the app. Reformatted my sd card. Not sure why this mattered but it did. I did these steps without that step and it didn't work.
Next I restarted the phone and reinstalled the app. I went into library and it listed several books I was trying to open. They showed as already downloaded even though I just installed the app. I removed them all. Exited the app and force closed it. Then I opened the app and opened ESV and a few others. They all worked after removing and opening them.
Did you install, copy or move the app or any resources to the SD card?
of course not. You say repeatedly that it's rot supported.
Okay, I just wanted to make sure since it seems quite odd that you had to go through those steps to fix things. I'm puzzled.
