crash while trying to builld personal book

I created a file in Word 2013 and put it on my desktop.  When I go into Logos 5 and try to set up a personal book, it finds the file fine, but when I click on 'build' it seems to try to build and then I receive an error and have to restart Logos.

    what error message do you get?

    And any particular reason you haven't upgraded to Logos 6? The free core engine is available at https://www.logos.com/install
