Bug: Bible layouts opening to last read Bible passage.

I love the new layouts that open to my specified layout for Bible readings. I've got three Bible Reading Plans: An NA28 New Testament Reading Plan; an NIV OT Reading Plan; and a Psalms Reading Plan. They all use the same layout, with the NIV on the left of the panel, and NA28/BHS on the right-hand panel. I have NA28 & BHS set up as a series so that I get the correct original-language text for what I am reading. I normally read my NA28 reading first, then the OT or Psalms reading.

I have noticed several times recently that, having completed my NA28 reading, I then select my OT or Psalms reading, but the layout opens back to the New Testament passage I've just been reading. If I wait, it doesn't go on to the OT/Psalms passage. If I then return to the Home Page, and reselect the OT/Psalms reading, it takes me to the correct reading on the second attempt.

I'm happy to supply logs for this if it will help, but I suspect it should be readily reproducible. My configuration is shown in my signature below, and I'm on OSX 10.11.3 (I haven't yet applied the new OSX release that came out yesterday).

1212.LogosLogs.gregwhittick.20160323-085753.zip... And here are the logs from this morning. It should have gone to Psalm 141, and indeed did go there for a very short time, but then went to Acts 27 (which was not today's reading, but one from about a week ago).

Do you have the NIV panel and original language panel in the same link set in your layout? If not, set them both to the same link set, then save the layout and try again.

When you navigate to a reading and you already have any panels open, we intentionally do not load the custom layout. This is done to avoid destroying the user's current work state. That means that the second time you are just navigating the ESV to the desired reference. If you don't have panel linking turned on, then the original language panel will not also navigate.

Thank you Andrew - I do have them both in link set A - I used to have both in the same panel but that caused other problems and someone from Faithlife suggested I should try it this way. For the next few days I'll close the panels after the first reading and see if it still happens (I think I tried that on the previous version and am pretty sure it did, but I will try again now we're on 6.11).
