Logos 6 library indexing

I am using a PC with Windows 10 and my logos 6 does not complete my library index. This problem started about 14 days ago customer support two times, and last information requested was the Logos Log Files, attached.

    How much free space is on your hard drive? 

    Have you restarted your computer?

    Plenty free disk space but a CRC error is affecting the Indexer, which means you should run a full check of the hard drive. If the check doesn't show any errors then delete the folder C:\Users\Emilio Flores\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\p0ojmkyf.flu\LibraryIndex and restart Logos.
