Synopsis mark up?

Hello all, has anyone put together a highlighting file for the synoptic gospels that color codes/underlines agreements and differences among the Synoptic Gospels, but would show up in the regular Greek/English text in a way that would allow the user to see the differences in the context of the canonical Gospel as opposed to seeing it in columnar format with other Gospels?
