Limit a search to only the start (opening word) of a verse?

Is it possible to construct a search to only limit the return results to be verses that start with word X or morphology X (where X just represents whatever word or morph search one desires)?

I cannot seem to find a way to basically say: "Limit my search to the first word only." This is sort of a proximity search in which nothing precedes the word in the verse.

Not possible with text Search. In Syntax Search you can limit a word to "appears at the beginning" but there is no guarantee that the containing phrase, clause, etc will coincide with the start of a verse.

What kind of information are you looking to get by searching only the first words of a verse? We might be able to find some alternative, but I really can't imagine what you're doing.
