BUG or intentional option on Biblical Theologies

There is a settings option on the Biblical Theologies section that appears to be a standard collection section setting option. Is this intentional? I note it is also true for Confessional Documents and Courses. The reason I ask is that the sections have special processing and there seems to be nothing that screens the collections to those appropriate to the section.
