Citation showing up twice in Powerpont

When I am copying a quote for use in a powerpoint presentation, the citation of the resource is showing up twice in the slide (See example below). The first one is a sub-bullet point under the quote - the second one is a new bullet point. I turned the option off of copy citation in the settings and it stopped bringing any citation over. Anyone know why the citation is showing up twice. Thanks

In Program Settings, there is a "Copy Footnotes as (Auto|Footnotes|Text)" setting.
Your system is probably currently set to "Auto". That works well in most applications but fails in some others (which is why we added the setting). Try using either "Footnotes" or "Text" to see which you like best. (If you copy to Microsoft Word a lot, I would recommend using the "Footnotes" setting.)

I played around with your suggestion and got it to work. Thanks
