Logos 6 Extended Crossgrade - Installation problems

I just purchased the Logos 6 Extended Crossgrade and have been trying to install it. However, upon each attempt, I get the message that another installation is taking place and must finish first. When I cancel the supposed 2nd installation, I get the message that the installation was unsuccessful. I have tried to install it on my laptop and my desktop with the same results. Can you help me find the problem so as to enjoy my extended crossgrade?

    Have you tried restarting the computer? Have you installed the latest version of Logos?
