Logos Too Many Irons...
Sometimes I get the feeling Faithlife or whatever has too many irons in the fire which causes some of their applications to be mediocre. Take Faithlife groups for example. It's a great idea, with an attractive UI. The concept is good, but it is slow, unreliable, and embarrassing to recommend. The faithlife.com page fails repeatedly to load photos. The iPhone and iPad apps are slow and clunky. There has not been a meaningful update on Faithlife groups iPhone app for eons.
Maybe Faithlife or Logos (Sorry, I'm still confused as to the name of the company), should scale back until they can do everything with excellence?

The name of the company is Faithlife, the desktop product is Logos.
Are there specific issues about the app that you want to detail - if you haven't done so already?

I'm sorry the site isn't serving you well. We've investigated the photos issue, and have recently shipped improvements to make photos and the site load faster. We've actually been shipping improvements to the site every week, but we haven't been announcing the improvements anywhere. I'll start a new forum thread so you can see when we make updates.
Right now we're focusing on making newsletters better, and the building out the new church bulletin feature. Is there any feature in particular that you'd like to see improved?

Thank you. Sorry if I sounded frustrated in my April post. I'm confused with the mobile app updates. You mention improvements, but when I look at the 'version history' the last last update was 1.4.7 on January 29, 2016. I use the desktop more than the app, but I know most of my members use the app 100% of the time. it is from them I get the word that it is slow and photos don't always load, etc. I appreciate the work you are doing; my frustration sometimes gets the best of me, for which I confess!
