Hi,
Does anyone know how I can find in my library through which gate Jesus entered Jerusalem? I have several maps, but I don't see gates.

It's also called the Eastern Gate, or Beautiful Gate, I believe. Modern pictures of it so it as bricked up to prevent entry, due to the Crusades.
Try Tools, Reference, Factbook and/or open the Lexham Bible Dictionary to Gates of Jerusalem.
If you do not yet have the Lexham Bible Dictionary, then get a coy quickly while it is still free....https://www.logos.com/product/36564/lexham-bible-dictionary or as part of the https://www.logos.com/product/55923/lexham-intro-collection You should note that the walls and gates of the old city have been relocated several times since Jesus day so no conclusion is 100%.There is a walled up double gate in the eastern wall of the temple mount which some traditions say was "the" gate and dubbed this the "golden gate".Others think that in AD 30 the "Golden Gate" would be have been commonly understood to be the gold decorated "gate" of the temple building itself.If we were to look at the easiest and most direct route to enter the old city on a donkey when coming from Bethany/Bethphage and the Mount of Olives, a gate in the vicinity of the present Lion's Gate would seem the most logical, so that Jesus could have entered the city as we most commonly imagine, and then a little later go to the Temple (entry via the walled up "golden gate" would have meant direct entry to the Temple Mount itself).
Matthew 21:10 says He entered Jerusalem and the whole city was in turmoil...... Matthew 21:12 says Then Jesus entered the Temple....These verses seem to say that He entered Jerusalem before entering the Temple, which would seem to preclude direct entry via the traditional "golden gate"......
Mark and Luke seem to cover the events in a way that would not preclude either entry point.
It is my understanding that Matthew 21:10 and 12 happen on different days. When you look at a bible harmony and compare to Mark 11:11 it seems that way as well. Not that the NIVAC is the final say all but it would agree with this as well
The Beautiful Gate was actually a gate into the Temple area and not the city itself.
