Strategy Request

I'm trying to study monogenes and the different theological implications that come from that: the translation to only begotten, and perhaps procession and eternal generation as offshoots.

How would you use Logos to study this? The obvious starting points were BWS on monogenes and Topic Guide on "Only Begotten", but all I really get out of that is a litany of dictionary/encyclopedia entries.

I feel like there's got to be a better way. Any suggestions?

In James White's book "The Forgotten Trinity," there's an excellent, extended footnote on monogenes. Includes a number of citations to important discussions and authors. I don't have the chapter and footnote handy right now, but it's my go-to spot for that background.

Thank you for the suggestion, I'll definitely check it out.

I see some entires in Systematics, like Berkhof's, but even that seems a little too brief.
