I have really tried to find this answer and I apologize if it is easily available. If so, I would appreciate any instructions on better ways to search the forums.
Here is my situation.
I was doing a bible search on a word in KJV1900 and added another translation to the mix (the ISV).
I noticed in the grid that there were places in one translation where the word was not used and others in the first translation where the word was not used. This was expected.
Then I went to the analysis and the only details for the ISV come directly from the text. No Strong's number, no lemma, no anything. I understand that a reading bible like the ISV might not have that information.
This, in and of itself, is only a minor concern. However, it would be nice to know which bibles support all of the wonderful features.
Historically, I am used to the Authorized KJV (which only has Strong's and not lemmas). I have been enjoying the ISV (which doesn't even have Strong's) for my latest cover to cover read through.
That being said, I am (at the least) changing to a different KJV or (perhaps) another translation for my 'go to' bible. The 'short list' for 'leading' bible as well as the list of 'supporting' bibles will likely be determined by the question 'Which Bibles are fully supported by the Logos data sets.
Any information will be appreciated as well as suggestions for a mix of Bibles that 'cover' the translational possibilities well.
Thank you.
