TRIED TO DO THIS DOWNLOAD BUT GOT A MESSAGE OF "NOT A VALID WIN32 APPLICATION !! WHAT DOES THIS MEAN ?? ANYBODY KNOW??

Bob, that error could be due to an incomplete download of the installation file. Try downloading it again and make sure that you install from the newly downloaded version.

What user account ? Logos 6 does not work for Administrator account because Administrator does not have a User folder.
Incomplete download is another cause of error message.
What version of Windows ? Logos 6 needs Windows 7 SP 1 or newer => system requirements

By the way, use of ALL CAPITAL letters could be interpreted as SHOUTING.
