pericope dataset not included as advertised?

I purchased the Anglican Starter package and noticed that it still seems to not have given me credit for owning the pericopes dataset.   Below is a screenshot AFTER purchasing and downloading it.  Interestingly, it was not offered in the PC starter pack.
