Failure downloading audio sermon for today's sermon

Hi guys,

I am trying to access my Proclaim recording from another com in order to republish a sermon of which the Artwork was uploaded wrongly. However, whenever I try to download, it tells me that there is an failure in downloading it.

However, I am able to download previous's week recording.

Please advise how can I solve this, or is there a way for me to change the artwork without republishing?

Thanks for posting your logs Aaron. It looks like there are file access issues, like they're being used by another process. Please try rebooting the computer, then try again and let us know how it goes.
