Problems with Resource Formatting

About a month or so ago my Anchor Bible commentary on Hebrews started to look like this:

I keep hoping an update will fix it, but nothing so far... I have also rebuilt the index.

What font settings / text scaling settings do you have? (available in Tools -> Program Settings)

Font: Times New Roman
Size: 90%

To my knowledge, none of my other resources have this problem.

Glad it fixed it - but hopefully someone from Faithlife will comment on why it wasn't displaying properly with your settings.

And is this on a Windows platform or Mac?

It's a very strange error, which I can't reproduce. Are you sure you don't have any visual filters causing problems?

Not to my knowledge, though now that it is fixed I cannot replicate it to check either. Sorry!
