I thought when you put something in quotes, the search will include only those things that are identical to the quoted item.  Well I am doing a search and this does not seem to be the case.  I will just post a picture that will hopefully be understandable.  The quoted item is not being matched in the search results.

You need to turn off "Match all word forms." When it is on (as in this image), it will cause "lament" to match "lamented" and "lamenting" and "Lamentations" and so on.
