Can't access logos account or logos software

A friend of mine, Sharjeel Shafqat can't access his logos software and logos account on the website. He sent a request to change the password but he received a email that my email is not registered with logos. What can he do to remedy the problem? His email is: sharjeelshafqat in rocketmail dot com

Your friend will need to call customer service, perhaps tomorrow. (It's 7.30 on the Left Coast now; I'm not sure what their phone hours are.) The phone numbers are here: https://www.logos.com/contact 

You might want to edit your post to make his email address readable by us humans only, i.e., sharjeelshafqat at rocketmail dot com  You can edit by clicking the More button on the right side of your post and choosing Edit from the menu. You can edit a post for a few hours, then it's locked.
