While writing a note in L4, Beta 12, I highlighted a portion of my text, drug it to a new location, and all by itself, it changed size and font:
that seems odd.
Has it simply changed to the "notes font" set in - "Tools" "Program Settings".
If so you can change this to font which you prefer.
Dan - I noticed this behaviour as well, looks like its holding on to the default style of the resource, not what we have set up for notes. So far has not been an issue for me, but if we print we definately need uniformity.
i don't know "what' it is doing, i just know this: I start a note, it has one style; I drag part of that note (without changing settings) and it changes to another style.
You would think if it is changing to "my" style, the note would look the same from beginning to end. It is not like I have drug text from a resource. It is purely what I have typed in, and a brand new note at that.
Ahh! haven't had that happen yet.
Sorry I assumed you were dragging from a resource.
What fonts are involved in original and changed, is the change following some other default you have set up?
Since B-10 0r 11, Notes have ignored my setting for default notes font (Gentium) and substituted Tahoma. Is this a bug?
This does appear to be a bug and will be reported. Thanks. It doesn't change for me, though, if I have something other than the Default font selected in the note file already.

David, all my Logos fonts are set to default. This was a new note (within [what we no longer call] a notefile that had one other note). After typing that sentence, I added another note, and the font was that smaller "times roman" looking font. But if I cut and dragged a portion, it turned into the more refined, slightly larger font. Interestingly, my first note has the more refined look. Completely. And I don't think I did anything but add that first note and start typing. But that was a week ago or so.
This does appear to be a bug and will be reported. Thanks.
Hi Melissa. Thanks!
