Dear Bob et. al.
This last time there was an uproar over documentation and accumulated bugs, you made some significant changes that resulted in major improvements in documentation, including some back documentation and some software releases that tackled large numbers of accumulated bugs. And the communication noting that documentation needed corrected and acknowledging the reporting of bugs was clear, successful two-way communication.
For a few weeks, I've been feeling (I haven't verified with actual counts) that the communication is sliding - that documentation has slowed and bugs go unacknowledged. I hope this is because of vacations, sickness etc. rather than backsliding. Please keep up the positive steps that were taken.
